Cask beer is the term for unpasteurized and unfiltered beer, served from a cask without additional nitrogen or CO2 added. Beers at this event include those from Dunedin Brewery, Cigar City Brewing, Red Brick Brewery, Terrapin Brewing, Tampa Bay Brewing Co., the Pinellas Urban Brewers Guild, and others. Admission includes a tasting glass and free entertainment by State Road 54 Bluegrass. Barbecue also available for purchase.
