Spend the morning on the trails of the beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in search Florida's feathered visitors and residents. Led by a local bird expert, the monthly bird walk takes guests on a tour through the park's pine flatwoods, willow marsh, Lake Maggiore and more. You'll see a variety of eagles, hawks, egrets and a few birds who have taken residence in Florida to escape the northern winter climate. Participants will also visit the Boyd Hill Aviary to get an up close and personal look at some of the parks recently rescued and rehabilitated animals. Binoculars are available to borrow from the information desk.
