Downtown St. Petersburg transforms into a high speed race track this weekend for the 2011 Honda Grand Prix.  The event features three days of races including the IZOD INDY Car Series, Firestone Indy Lights, Star Mazda Championship, USF2000 National Championship, and the ACURA Sports Car Challenge. Visit the website for a look at the full racing schedule for the weekend. The cars will race along a 1.8 mile track in beatuiful downtown St. Pete with 14 turns.
In addition to the races, the three-day event will feature a wide range of actitivites for the public, autograph sessions with the drivers, beer gardens, live music, and much more.
