This is a journaling workshop that is open to all caregivers.

Caring for aging parents and loved ones with special needs can be stressful, overwhelming, and often leads to isolation.  But the reality is, you are not alone.

Resources, information, and other caregiver support is available right within our community.  You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to attend a free workshop or support group near you.

Meets the 1st Saturday of each month.
