Margo Hammond, former book editor of the St. Petersburg Times and founder of the Creative Late Bloomers blog, conducts this workshop using specific Dalí paintings and writings as catalysts for memoir writing. After studying the paintings, participants are encouraged to mine their own pasts (particularly their childhoods), refine those memories and artistically transform them into a story that reflects their personal experiences.
Light refreshments and coffee are included with admission; lunch from Cafe Gala can be purchased for an additional $10 per person.
