Eight children were left homeless following a two-alarm fire at an apartment complex in St. Petersburg on Saturday.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- Eight children were left homeless following a two-alarm fire at an apartment complex in St. Petersburg on Saturday.
St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to the fire at 2144 56 Ave. S. at around 12:50 p.m.
Four apartments caught fire. No one was injured but the fire is under investigation.

Four adults and eight children were displaced. The Red Cross is assisting them.
