Fatal Stabbing Victim Left In St. Pete Alley Identified: Police
A $5,000 reward is offered for info about the death of Jona Waller, 34. She was found fatally stabbed in a St. Pete alley, police said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The victim of Friday afternoon’s fatal stabbing in St. Petersburg has been identified, authorities said.
The body of Jona Waller, 34, was found lying in the alley south of the 200 block of 37th Street N. around 4:15 p.m., the St. Petersburg Police Department wrote in a Facebook post. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Homicide detectives investigating Waller’s death are asking for the public’s assistance.
An up to $5,000 reward is being offered for information that could lead to an arrest.
