Motorists who park on-street, including residential permit holders, should move vehicles from the street closure area by 5 a.m. Sunday (10 p.m. Saturday on Bayshore from 2nd to 5th avenues) to avoid having their vehicle ticketed or towed. "No Parking" signs will be posted and meters bagged in the affected areas to warn motorists of the impending closure.
Admission to the festival is $10.Â
