FL Man Refused To Pay For Waffle House Tattoo: Pinellas County Sheriff
A Clearwater man was arrested earlier this month after refusing to pay for a Waffle House tattoo he got at a St. Pete shop, PCSO said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A Clearwater man was arrested earlier this month after refusing to pay for a Waffle House tattoo, authorities said.
Max Krejckant, 33, was charged with petit theft, a misdemeanor, according to his Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit.
He went to Ink Godz Tattoos at 5208 66th Street. N. in St. Petersburg the afternoon of Dec. 2.

After receiving the $250 Waffle House tattoo, Krejckant refused to pay for it, the affidavit said.
He told the tattoo artist that he didn’t have his debit card and couldn’t show proof that he had that amount of money in his bank account.

Krejckant “refused all options to satisfy his debt.” Deputies that searched him found just $6 and his driver’s license in his bag, the sheriff’s office said.
