Gas Leak Scare Over In St. Pete
A gas line in front of a Burger King on 34th Street South was cut Tuesday morning.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The St. Petersburg Police Department has announced that a cut gas line in front of a 34th Street South Burger King Tuesday morning has been capped and businesses that were evacuated are back up and running.
The agency does, however, warn motorists that heavy equipment remains in the area. Ongoing work may cause some delays for northbound traffic near the 3570 34th St. S. eatery into the early afternoon hours.
