SUAC (Sustainable Urban Agriculture Coalition), the local volunteer group involved in all things related to finding ways to feed people with locally grown, healthy produce, urban farming and community gardening, has a Newsletter! It is called Good Thymes, and we anticipate publishing monthly -- starting November 2013. You can also link to us on our website at www.suacsp.org and email us at info@suacsp.org to find out more information about the group.
Good Thymes will provide news about all sorts of activities in the Tampa Bay area related to our mission to feed people healthy, locally produced food. It will introduce you to some of the volunteer opportunities, on-going projects in the community, and people who are really making a difference in helping solve hunger issues, reducing poverty and crime and creating job opportunities.
We hope those involved in these type of activities will link up with us and share their news, so we can all grow together.

There is such a demand in St. Petersburg and the whole Tampa Bay region for greater access to organic vegetables and fruit, and we want to help get out the information about all that is happening through Good Thymes, as well as our Facebook page and website.
Enjoy your Holidays and remember those who are in need.
