High School Football Season Gets Underway Friday
Thousands of students and parents will head to high school football stadiums the Friday, Aug. 24 for the season openers.
PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — The weather may not reflect it but it's football season in Tampa Bay. Foregoing the stadium blankets and hot chocolate that are mandatory in cooler climes, thousands of students and parents will head to high school football stadiums tonight for the season's opener.
Tonight's games include:
Admiral Farragut vs Village Academy at Village Academy
Boca Ciega vs Lakewood at Boca Ciega
