Hillary Clinton Coming to St. Petersburg Next Week

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Tampa Bay area residents who want a chance to hear Hillary Clinton personally outline her plan to create more jobs in America will get the opportunity on Monday, Aug. 8. The Democratic presidential nominee has announced a Jobs Tour stop in St. Petersburg.

Clinton’s St. Petersburg rally will take place at 3:30 p.m. at The Coliseum, 535 4th Ave. N. Doors open to the public at 1:30 p.m.

Supporters who want to get free tickets for the event are asked to RSVP for the jobs rally on Clinton’s campaign site. More information about her plan for employment is also available on the website.

Clinton was leading Republican nominee Donald Trump in the latest Florida polls. She moved ahead by 6 points according to Boston’s Suffolk University. That lead comes on the heels of the Democratic National Convention and a highly publicized dispute between Trump and the Muslim father of a fallen American soldier.

Supporters who can’t make it out to Clinton’s St. Petersburg rally will find she also has a top in Orlando planned on Monday. She’ll make an appearance in Miami on Tuesday, as well. Information about her other rallies in Florida is available on her website.
