Honored Veteran Award Nominations Sought In St. Petersburg
St. Pete Mayor Welch will present the Honored Veteran Award at the Nov. 11 Veterans Day Celebration. Nominations are due by Oct. 23.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL —The city of St. Petersburg is accepting nominations for its annual Honored Veteran Award.
Nominations may be submitted through Oct. 23 for the award, the city said in a news release. The nomination form can be found at stpete.org/veterans.
Mayor Ken Welch will present the award to one or more outstanding local veterans, honoring them for their military service, at the 10th annual Veterans Day Celebration on Nov. 11 at the Williams Park Veterans Memorial.
