Iberian Rooster is also releasing a variety of cocktail fleets. The term “fleet” is inspired by the Portuguese ships once coined the Portuguese India Armadas that traveled from Portugal to India in the 1400s. Similar to beer flights, the cocktail fleets will feature the restaurant’s libations made with five different types of spirits: vodka, rum, tequila, gin, and whiskey. Each selection comes with 4-5 choices of cocktails including mules, margaritas, bloodies, gimlets, and more. A fleet of cocktails is priced at $24 and is available every day.

The restaurant also features a weekly happy hour featuring $3 domestics, $4 well cocktails, and $5 drafts, house wines, caipirinhas, and Alchemist Special. The Alchemist Special changes daily and is the featured cocktail of that day. The happy hour menu also consists of $5 bites (with purchase of happy hour drink) including Minchi Pot Pie, Goan Patties, Kale & Corn, Spread Trio, and Tomato Pan.
