Lee Roy Selmon's Closing In St. Pete

The eatery is shutting down for good on Sunday.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg residents who love the food served up at Lee Roy Selmon’s will soon have to travel to Tampa, Brandon or Sarasota to get their fix.

The company has announced it is closing the Tyrone Square Mall location Sunday. The decision was based on a number of factors, including a lack of parking, The Tampa Tribune reported.

While the St. Petersburg location will be no more, the chain will still have four remaining locations:

  • Sarasota, 8253 Cooper Creek Blvd.
  • Brandon, 11310 Causeway Blvd.
  • South Tampa, 4302 W. Boy Scout Road
  • Ft. Myers, 5056 Daniels Parkway
