Little Girl's Mother Found
Police say the girl was supposed to be in the care of a relative.

Update Oct. 30, 2:47 p.m.: Police say they have identified the child’s mother. The little girl, it seems, was supposed to be in the care of a relative when she wandered off. No further details are available at this time.

The St. Petersburg Police Department needs help identifying a small girl who was found in an apartment complex Friday morning.

According to the agency, police were sent to the Osprey Point Apartments, 1900 55th Ave. S., around 10:45 a.m. after a 3-to-4-year-old girl was found alone, wandering between two buildings.
“She is telling officers that her name is ‘Nae Nae’ or ‘Nazzarri’ but we have been unable to identify her or her family members,” an email from the agency stated.
