National Chicken Chain Expands In FL With Opening Of New Restaurant

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Louisiana-based Raising Cane’s has opened the doors to its newest Pinellas County restaurant.

The national fast-casual chain, known for its chicken finger meals, welcomed diners to its new St. Petersburg location at 2700 Tyrone Blvd. N. on Tuesday, according to a news release.

There are 14 Raising Cane’s in Florida, including three in Pinellas County: two in Clearwater and, now, one near Tyrone Square. The chain has more than 900 restaurants in more than 40 states.

The St. Pete menu features the brand’s well-known items including cooked-to-order chicken fingers, house-made Cane’s Sauce, crinkle-cut fries, Cane’s toast and coleslaw made in-house daily.

Drink options include the company’s signature freshly-squeezed lemonade and freshly-brewed sweet and unsweetened tea.

The new location offers a double-lane drive-thru and a dining room filled with memorabilia and colorful graphics paying tribute to local history and landmarks.

The new St. Pete Raising Cane’s is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 to 1 a.m. and Friday through Saturday from 10 to 2 a.m.
