The Sundial, home to various shops, restaurants and an AMC movie theater, shared a video clip from the movie Tuesday on its Instagram page. In the clip, one of the characters walks across the plaza, past the sundial fountain, and into Jackie Z Style Co., a local boutique clothing store.
“Nightmare PTA Moms” premiered Sunday night. The thriller follows Gail, a mother who joins the PTA to become more involved with her daughter’s new middle school, as she encounters a power-hungry and dangerous PTA mom.

“The Seminole campus has been involved in these sorts of things for years, and it’s super cool,” Mark Strickland, the campus’ provost, told Tampa Bay Newspapers. “But the fact that we are looked upon as a place that can host these kinds of meetings or film projects or what-have-you is what’s really great. And it’s one more thing that makes us such an integral part of the local community.”
Film St. Pete/Clearwater offers incentives through its Business Development Marketing Program to encourage crews to film in Pinellas County’s 24 municipalities. Through this rebate program, the organization pays up to 10 percent on qualified expenditures.
