Pedestrian In Critical Condition After Being Hit By Car On 34th
A 45-year-old woman is in critical condition, police said, after a car hit her in St. Pete as she crossed 34th Street North.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 45-year-old woman was hit by a car as she crossed 34th Street North in St. Petersburg on Tuesday night, authorities said.
A Chevrolet Cruze drove northbound on 34th Street North and hit the victim, Donna Levesque, around 9:40 p.m. near 10th Avenue North, St. Pete police said.
The driver did stop after the incident, and cooperated with police, investigators said.

Levesque was treated for her injuries at a local hospital, and detectives said she was last listed in critical condition.
Officers said the driver was not impaired and no charges have been filed.

The crash and investigation had all northbound lanes of 34th Street North blocked where the incident took place for several hours.
