ST. PETERSBURG, FL — On Feb. 21, approximately 2,772 gallons of reclaimed water was discharged at the 1700 block of 73rd Circle Northeast. The majority of the discharge entered an unnamed retention pond behind homes. The city said 72 gallons were contained on site.
