Serial Armed Robber Nabbed, Cops Say
St. Petersburg Police say he's responsible for several gas station armed robberies.

A serial armed robber with a penchant for knives has kept St. Petersburg Police hopping since the year began.
With five robberies logged at gas stations along Dr. Martin Luther King Street North and 4th Street North between Jan. 13 and March 15, detectives have been pounding the pavement for leads. The lone male assailant described in all five robberies, however, eluded capture.
That was until Tuesday when police say they found their man.

Police say he remains a suspect in the other three robberies. More charges are pending further investigation.
