Sonny's BBQ Unveils Remodeled Restaurant

ST. PETE, FL - From Sonny's BBQ: WHAT: After more than 18 years of calling Pinellas County home, Sonny’s BBQ has remodeled its Saint Petersburg location, serving up the same BBQ slathered in Southern hospitality in a new, refreshed atmosphere. The Sonny’s team is excited to welcome guests to experience the new space with its grand reopening on Saturday, March 30, in addition to other kick-off events in the following weeks.

The location now showcases more than 6,000 square feet and seats up to 182 guests in a brand new dining room complete with modern lighting, seating, and decor. All of the guest areas were refreshed, including a brand new central bar and a facelift for the beloved salad bar.

• Rib demonstration and Mclaren Car Show at 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Rib Eating Contest at 3:00 p.m.

*Limited to the first 10 to 15 Contestants, three (3) minutes to eat 1 rack of St. Louis Ribs (1.5 lb)
