St. Pete Autumn Harvest Festival: Food Trucks, Hayrides On Tap

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Pie-eating, food trucks, hayrides, music and more will all be part of Saturday's annual Autumn Harvest Festival in St. Pete. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 8 at the Pinellas Pioneer Settlement at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, 3010 31st St. South.

Activities include crafts, food trucks, games, hayrides, music and more, according to the St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation Department. Don’t miss the pie-eating contest sponsored by Village Inn.

Admission to the festival is free. Activities at the festival require tickets, which will be available for purchase. This event is cash only.

About the Boyd Hill Nature Preserve

Operated and maintained by the St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation Department, the 245-acre Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is home to Lake Maggiore Environmental Education Center, Pinellas Pioneer Settlement, the Terry Tomalin Campground and the Birds of Prey exhibit. About the Pinellas Pioneer Settlement

The Pinellas Pioneer Settlement is a nonprofit, volunteer organization whose mission is to authentically recreate the lifestyles of the Pinellas County pioneers through education about the skills, crafts and social customs of early settlers. Located on Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, the Pinellas Pioneer Settlement is a living history museum experience where visitors can observe and take part in the customs of late 19th century life in West Central Florida.
