August was a month of strong home sales for Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, which reported 88 sales throughout its divisions.

Four of the company’s communities accounted for an impressive 35 home sales – Eagle Trace, Windwood, Silverleaf and Grand Palm. Neal Signature Homes, the company’s luxury homes division, sold seven homes.

The August sales results firmly establish Neal’s pattern of elevated summer sales, with high sales numbers also reported from the company in May, June and July.
