July 12, 2013, St. Petersburg— THE CLEAR AGENCY may be the coolest but they’re not staying put. Each year, the Tampa Bay Business Journal scours the Tampa Bay area to discover the most innovative, eye-popping and “coolest” office space. This year, The Clear Agency rose above the rest winning “most creative”.
Upon receiving the creative accolade, a local developer and businessman approached The Clear Agency with a creative undertaking unlike those the ad agency is usually faced with. Quint Noordstar, Tropical Smoothie owner and property investor, has commissioned Clear to bring their “coolness” to his building as a part of a community redevelopment initiative for the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg.

"We knew Clear was the right fit for the space after seeing their work and getting to know the principles”, said Quint Noordstar. “We are impressed already with what they have done already and it’s only been 15 days since they started construction it doesn't even look like the same space.”

The Clear Agency is underway creating another eye-popping space just a few blocks from Clear’s prior award-winning loft, the blank canvas; includes a two story loft, a New Orleans style oversized balconies, a “backyard” patio, fireplace, kitchen, en suite offices with bath and shower, gym, fully equipped in-house production studio, private entrance and an impressive staircase. The creative minds of The Clear Agency will start from scratch abiding by only two rules: no “hired” professional decorators and no duplication of what they created prior.
During the office build out, the Clear team is keeping the needs of their clients at the forefront of their mind, designing a space that will inspire and stimulate the work they produce while staying true to their ever-present creative yetcasual culture. Included in the build out will be the addition of a dedicated space for “Studio C”, the agency’s in-house video and photography studio.
“We can't wait to see what it will reflect when completed and look forward to having their creative additions in our neighborhood", said Noordstar.
