Watch: Graffiti Artist Caught in the Act

Police think the same man might be responsible for a number of recent cases around St. Petersburg.

The St. Petersburg Police Department is looking for some help identifying a man it says might be responsible for placing unwanted artwork all over town.

The latest graffiti incident occurred on Tuesday at the Lucky Dill restaurant, 277 Central Ave. This time the act, which happened around 5 a.m., was caught on video, which has been released by police.

The “artist” in question spray painted “Av8r” on the wall outside the eatery. Similar tags have been spotted in other locations throughout the city.
