What’s Open, Closed In St. Petersburg On Christmas 2022

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — As St. Petersburg residents prepare to celebrate Christmas this weekend, here are some closures and schedule changes affecting government offices, facilities and services to keep in mind this holiday weekend.

City Brush Sites: Closed Sunday.

City Hall and City Facilities: Closed Monday.

Residential Trash and Recycling: Collection scheduled for Monday will be made Tuesday. Tuesday collections will be made on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday collections remain the same.

St. Pete Libraries: Closed starting Saturday at 4:30 p.m. through Monday, reopening Tuesday.

Recreation Centers: Closed Sunday

Sunken Gardens: Closed Sunday.

Boyd Hill Nature Preserve: Closed Sunday.

Mangrove Bay, Cypress Links and Twin Brooks Golf Courses: Closed Sunday.

Neighborhood Pools: Closed Sunday.

North Shore Aquatic Complex: Closed Sunday.

Sunshine Center: Closed Sunday.

Pinellas County Schools: Closed through Jan. 8. Classes resume Jan. 9.
