1 Dead in Anclote Road Crash
The Florida Highway Patrol says a 70-year-old man suffered a medical emergency and crashed his Ford F350 truck into a tree.
A 70-year-old man is dead following an afternoon crash Thursday, April 18, on Anclote Road near Center Avenue.
Charles Edmund Deson of Fort White, Fla., was driving his 2007 Ford F350 eastbound on Anclote Road when he “suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle,” a Florida Highway Patrol media release said.
Deson’s vehicle left the road and traveled north before it hit a stop sign and a tree. Deson died at the scene, the release said.
