Shop Small and Don't Get Mauled at the Mall!

Shop Small and Don’t Get Mauled at the Mall!

The 24th Annual Thanksgiving Art & Craft Festival, sponsored by the Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce, returns on November 29-30, 2014 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. The outdoor showcase has been a holiday favorite for more than 23 years, and has always been held during Thanksgiving weekend on Small Business Saturday. Small Business Saturday is an American shopping holiday held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year. The event encourages holiday shoppers to patronize businesses that are small and local. With the holidays right around the corner, the Thanksgiving Art & Craft Festival is the perfect opportunity for locals and visitors alike to shop small for their gift giving needs and avoid getting mauled at the mall!

The weekend’s event will feature the original works of new and upcoming talent as well as established artists and crafters. Whether you are an art and craft aficionado or simply looking for a one-of-a-kind gift item, there is something for everyone here; from metal sculpture, pet gifts, and paintings, to wearable art, body products, personalized gifts and more.
Historic Tarpon Springs, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is widely recognized as a spirited arts destination. The Festival location is at 111 E. Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL, and there are no parking or admission fees for shoppers. For more information visit our Facebook page/Thanksgiving Art & Craft show or call 727-322-5217.
