Am seeking to rent a furnished bedroom & bath long term from somone within Tarpon Springs or within 5 miles Radious, preferably south or east of Tarpon.
Am a retired senior male age 70 looking to rent long term. Good health habits, respect, honesty, trustworthy, cleanliness are attributes that best describe me. I do not do drugs, drink or drama. For my computer projects I need internet or Wi-Fi in the bedroom. Also need kitchen privileges, refrigerator space, cabinet space to store food, sharing of common areas & use of in house washer/dryer. I have a modest monthly retirement income. What bills I have are paid automatically through my bank including monthly rent. My rent is paid on time-every time.
