Can you remember when Thursday nights were for JV football? And Friday
nights were for varsity? Saturdays were for the college games and the NFL
played on Sunday? Ever wonder what changed all that?

Just to give you some fodder for the office conversations. According to a
Forbes Magazine report these are the Football net profits of the top teams in the NCAA at the end of the 2011 season:

1. Texas                       71 million $
2, Notre Dame              47 million $
3. Penn State                53 Million $
4. LSU                          47 million $
5. U of Michigan             47 Million $
6. Alabama                   45 million $
7. Georgia                     53 Million $
8. Arkansas                   37 million $
9. Auburn                      37 million $
10.Oklahoma                 36 million $
11. Florida                     47 million $

Some of the gross revenue  for some of the teams was as high as $77
million.
