Someone interested in renting a Furnished bedroom & bath in the Tarpon Springs area

Does anyone know of someone in the Tarpon Springs area that would like to reduce their living expenses by renting a Furnished bedroom & bath to a retired senior gentlemen who is sociable, clean, non-drinker & always pays his rent on time? Am looking for permanent long term living in a nice enviroment. Have been living on the north side of Tarpon since last December & want to find a better location.
