Hello all friends of Sustainable Tarpon Springs!
The revival of the Tarpon Sunday Market is happening this Sunday, Oct. 14, from 10 AM to 3 PM, right in the 'heart' of our community - the parking lot where the Mother Meres mural resides. Vendors with fresh produce, homemade crafts and goods, and many other local items will be there, resonating the mission of the Market:
'... to become a non-profit, and create a self sustaining regional locavore economy through the operation of the green market and maintained solely, by the support of the citizens of Tarpon Springs and the surrounding communites of North Pinellas, South Pasco and West Hillsbourgh counties. The vehicle for achieving this regionally based economy is through the green market that we manage for the community.'

For you Early Birds, The Mannino's will be playing Gospel Bluegrass for the first hour. There will be local entertainment throughout the entire Market time. As the saying goes, 'Be there, or be square.' ;-)
