TARPON SPRINGS, FL -- Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives have arrested a Safety Harbor man accused of having sexual activity with a 12-year-old girl. Detectives say the sexual molestation occurred Friday, April 14. Thomas Pham, 55, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14. According to detectives, the 12-year-old was in Pham's care at the time of the abuse. She flagged down a Tarpon Springs Police officer and related what had occurred. Pinellas detectives took over the investigation and were able to verify the girl's story. Detectives interviewed Pham at the Sheriff's North District Station, 737 Louden Ave., Dunedin, where Pham admitted to having inappropriate sexual contact with the girl.
