Shooting Death At Reload Gun Range Under Investigation
Tarpon Springs Police say a man shot himself at the range Friday afternoon.

Tarpon Springs, FL β The Tarpon Springs Police Department is investigating the Friday afternoon death of a man at the Reload gun range.
According to the agency, a 911 call came in from the 40050 U.S. 19 N. business around 2:50 p.m. Officers arrived on the scene within minutes and discovered a man dead from what is being called a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The shooting occurred in one of the rangeβs firing lines, an email from police said.
βThis case is an apparent suicide, no other persons were injured,β the email said.

The range was open at the time of the shooting, police noted.
No further details, including the victimβs name, are being released at this time. Police say the investigation remains active.
