Tarpon Springs Aquarium Attracts Generations of Visitors

Shark feedings, snake shows and Goliath Groupers are just some of the exhibits that keep people coming back to the Tarpon Springs Aquarium year after year.

Among the multitude shops and sights of downtown Tarpon Springs, the Tarpon Spring Aquarium offers an experience unlike any other in the area.

Within the aquarium walls, visitors can see shark feeding shows, pet turtles and see a variety of Floridia aqautic life.

The aquarium has been around in Tarpon Springs for almost 23 years and has attracted people who saw the exhibits as children to bring back their own, said Denise Ladley, manager at the Tarpon Springs Aquarium. children,

"We've been in the community so long, that people grow up here in the aquarium, so to speak," said Ladley.

The aquarium is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. For ticket prices and show times, make sure to check out www.tarponspringsaquarium.com
