Tarpon Springs Man Fatally Shot In Home

TARPON SPRINGS, FL -- Tarpon Springs Police are investigating the death of a 68-year-old man in the 1600 block of Lonesome Pine Lane.

At 1:02 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13, police received a call from the victim's 25-year-old son, Evan Costello, saying he had shot his father.

Police found James Costello dead in a bedroom of the third-floor residence. The son and father were the only two occupants of the residence.

Evan Costello has been charged with first-degree murder.
