Tarpon Springs Man Killed in Expressway Crash
The accident happened early Saturday morning on the Selmon Expressway.
A 26-year-old Tarpon Springs man is dead following a single-vehicle accident on the Leroy Selmon Expressway Saturday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Darren Matthew Drysdale was heading east on the expressway west of Willow Avenue just before 4 a.m. when the accident happened. Drysdale, a highway patrol report said, lost control of his motorcycle on a curve, left the road and was ejected from his bike.
Drysdale died at the scene.

The crash forced the closing of the expressway for a time Saturday morning.
