A 64-year-old Tarpon Springs man is dead following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 275 Friday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Dennis Gingras was heading south on I-275 just after noon. As Gingras neared Interstate 75, he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.
Gingras’ Harley-Davidson traveled off the shoulder and struck a guardrail. Gingras was ejected from the bike, a highway patrol report said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the agency noted.
