Tarpon Springs Police Investigate String Of Car Burglaries
Tarpon Spring Police are investigating a string of car burglaries that occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 3.

TARPON SPRINGS, FL β Tarpon Spring Police are investigating a string of car burglaries that occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 3.
At around 2:25 a.m., Tarpon Springs Police received a call from a resident on Luse Lane reporting seeing a car dome light go on and a man walking around the residentβs car.
K9 officers responded to search the area. The Tarpon Springs Police also asked for assistance from the Pinellas County Sheriffβs Office helicopter to search from the air. However, they were unable to locate the man the resident described as white and about 6 feet tall.

Police did discover that seven cars had been burglarized: one on Luse Lane, two on Lakeside Drive and four on Waterberry Drive. All were left unlocked.
