Unbelievable noise for night road construction. Workers are sitting t for hours with their lights flashing and beeping sound since 7:45 ruving their motor and it is now 10:20 and they have not moved from the corner of Gail and Fowler, nor moved to do any work. Is that what are tax money paying for?
