This department, in particular, Dana Carver, is aware that his friend Mitch is openly consuming alcohol and exposing himself to urinate at the hilltop dog park. Yet when corrective action is put into place Dana Carver is perceived to be punishing park regulars by being rude,obnoxious and threatening. I placed a call into 3/17/2014 acting supervisor and requested a call back at approximately 1030 am same date and have not as of yet received a return call. I will be following up in all areas available to me as both a resident of temple terrace and of Hillsborough County.
