Governor Rick Scott recognizes Elizabeth Heli, Greco Pre-Engineering STEM Academy’s Lead Teacher with the Teacher Shine Award for being Florida’s “Inspirational Teacher”

 Greco's Lead STEM teacher, Ms. Elizabeth Heli, was selected by Governor Rick Scott for the Governor's Shine Award. Each year, the Governor selects one teacher statewide and presents this award to them for going above and beyond to make the greatest difference in education. Surrounded by the State Attroney General, Chief Financial Officer, Agricultural Commissioner, Hillsborough School Superintendent MaryEllen Elia and principal Alege, the governor awarded Ms. Heli her medal last Thursday, February 7, 2013, at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Congraulations to Ms. Heli.
