Riverhills Elementary Magnet School hosted an Ice Cream Social last week to welcome families for the 2013-2014 school year. Over 100 families attended the event that kicked off the transition to the new IB magnet program. After exploring the fire truck from the Temple Terrace Fire Department, families visited stations and gathered information about PTA, SAC, uniforms, enrollment and more. Members of the Temple Terrace City Council and other welcomed guests showcased the wonderful resources available in the Temple Terrace community.
