The panel includes: Charles Mahan, MD, Professor and Dean Emeritus, University of South Florida; Nick Hall, PhD, scientist and speaker on health issues; Patrick Cannon, PhD, Advocacy Director for Florida CHAIN. The moderator will be Patrick Manteiga, Editor of La Gaceta newspaper.
