LifePath Hospice Needs Volunteers to Serve in Plant City Area

LifePath Hospice is seeking compassionate and committed
people to volunteer with patients and families. There is a great need for volunteers to serve in the Plant City area.

Volunteers bring compassion and companionship to patients with advanced illnesses. They perform any number of activities, such as reading to patients, helping at mealtime, providing a much-needed break for a caregiver, creating a legacy project or just sitting quietly offering support.

LifePath Hospice will hold three days of volunteer training at the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, 106 N. Evers Street in Plant City. The training sessions run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17; Thursday, July 19; and Wednesday, July 25. Volunteers must pre-register and attend all three training days.
