USF Jazz Combos

 USF Jazz Combos perform music from the small group tradition that is the basis of jazz music. Performing music from the rich repertoire of such groups as The Jazz Messengers, Horace Silver, Miles Davis, John Coltrane and others, Jazz Studies majors develop their jazz improvisation and group interaction skills as part of this study. Concerts feature outstanding graduate and undergraduate music majors from the USF School of Music's well-known Jazz Studies program.
