Hillsborough County is Hiring

Temple Terrace area jobseekers on the prowl for a good employment opportunity might find what they’re looking for courtesy of Hillsborough County.

The county has a number of open positions, both full and part-time, it’s currently recruiting for, according to its Facebook page.

Open jobs include those at the sheriff’s office, public utilities and the aviation authority. Pay scales vary based on the position, but many of the open slots right now start in the $30,000 to $40,000 range.

The county’s civil service office oversees all incoming applications and conducts most initial screenings for candidates interested in open positions.
