Investigation into Fowler Avenue Crash Continues
A Coral Springs woman died in the accident. A man who was taken to Tampa General Hospital has been released.

Police are still investigating the that killed Michelle Denise Baylies, 30, of Coral Springs on July 12.
Baylies’ Volkswagen Jetta was hit broadside by another vehicle at the intersection of Fowler Avenue and Raintree Boulevard at around 2:17 a.m.
John Feiga, 21, the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash, is out of the hospital, said Mike Dunn, the City’s public information officer.

Charges in the case are pending while the investigation continues. It could take several weeks for police to analyze exactly what happened, Dunn said.
“These types of investigations typically take anywhere from one to two months and won’t conclude until the toxicology reports are back, which generally take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, although I’ve seen them take longer,” he said.
